The motive of a preacher should be Kingdom minded – preaching SALVATION to unbelievers and EQUIPPING the saints for the work of the ministry (reaching out, following up and discipling the lost). So, help us, God.
We preach not to fill our Churches. but to save sinners from Hell. And the two are not the same.
